My fee is $47 per hour for work pertaining to market research, photography, graphic design, and web site production.
Travel cost is $15 per hour plus the actual transport costs, meals and lodging if required. I can stay on your yacht to eliminate hotel costs, if desired.
Out of pocket expenses such as phone calls and mailing costs will be billed at cost.
Hosting your website is $20 per month and this amount includes time spent resolving any technical problems that may occur.
I recommend that you list your web site with each one of the top 10 yacht directories. Some of the directories charge for this service. However, they will provide a continous stream of potential buyers to visit your yacht's web site.
We will provide you with a detailed quotation and define both parties responsiblities.
A payment of 25% of the estimate will start the project.

Most likely, I will have to come to your yacht make the photo shoot.
Your yacht probably has 8-10 areas to be presented as virtual tours and will require 150-200 still shots.
We will actually take three or four times this number of shots to be sure that all the lighting conditions and various formats can be utilized.
The yacht specifications and equipment model numbers will be recorded and their manuals consulted. Layout drawings will need to be copied or sketched.
The project onboard the yacht will take take 4-5 days... if everything is ready.
Creating the web site may take 100 hours of actual computer work... designing the site layout, editing the materials on hand and building the structure.
About 5-7 weeks for completion.
